However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please see the list of items excluded from returns below.
To initiate a product return email customer service at email@example.com. Please package the item securely and return the item along with the shipping invoice that you received with your order.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that provided tracking to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
● Edge Control – We do not accept returns on items that can be opened, altered, or applied to the skin. Returns will not be accepted for edge control.
● Hair that has been opened, altered or washed – Original packaging much be in place including tags, labels, and netting.
● Customer incurred shipping costs to return merchandise.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at (844) 550-6600 to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note, sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our raw, premium, and basic hair. If you are dissatisfied with the quality, look, feel, or texture of the hair you receive, you may request a full refund. All sales are final on edge control and hair that has been altered and does not include hangtags, labels, and netting.
